What materials are used in Original Grain watches?
We specialize in combining premium hardwoods and repurposed materials, such as reclaimed bourbon barrels and military ammunition crates, with high-quality 316L stainless steel.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5ATM or 10ATM. While they can handle splashes and brief immersion, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to preserve the natural wood integrity.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your timepiece sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Original Grain watch is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the movement or craftsmanship.
How do I adjust the size of my wood and steel band?
Each watch comes with a link removal tool and extra links. You can easily adjust the size at home following our online video tutorials, or take it to any local jeweler.
