Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Place the watch and all original accessories back into the wooden display box, ensuring it is securely padded inside a shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
